WHITMOYER JOINS CATAPULT TECHNOLOGY AS VICE PRESIDENT OF CONTRACTSBethesda, Maryland – April 29, 2008 - Catapult Technology, Ltd., the top Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) Information Technology (IT) contractor to the federal government, announced that Diane K. Whitmoyer has joined the company as Vice President of Contracts, a new position for the company. In this role, Whitmoyer will be responsible for the acquisition resources engaged in the winning of new business and for the execution of Catapult’s current portfolio. In addition to ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, Whitmoyer also will serve as the company’s Corporate Ethics Officer. Formerly Vice President of Contracts, Pricing and Procurement at BAE Systems in Rockville, MD, Whitmoyer has over 20 years of experience, primarily in the federal contracting arena for Department of Defense, NASA, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) customers. “Diane provides a broad area of strategic and tactical expertise to her clients,” said Randy J. Slager, founder, chairman, and CEO of Catapult. “We’re pleased she brings her breadth of experience to Catapult.” With specialties in areas ranging from general government contracting expertise to organizational conflict of interest, claims, terminations, policies and procedures, and process improvement, Whitmoyer has been an active member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) since 1985, and has held numerous chapter leadership positions.
