Bethesda, Maryland – September 11, 2007 – Catapult Technology, Ltd., the top Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) Information Technology (IT) contractor to the Federal government, announced that John Scarcella has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Classified Programs. In this role, Scarcella will manage the growth of business within the Department of Defense and other classified programs, as well as oversee business development.

“John’s deep background in reaching the Federal marketplace will help Catapult expand our presence within the Defense marketplace,” said Randy J. Slager, chairman and CEO of Catapult.
