Catapult Technology Featured in Princeton Review Book
Best Entry-Level Jobs: 2007 Edition

Bethesda, Maryland, April 2006 - Catapult Technology. Ltd. is one of the nation’s best companies for college graduates to launch their careers, according to The Princeton Review. The New York-based education services company features Catapult in the new 2007 edition of its annual guidebook, Best Entry-Level Jobs (Random House/Princeton Review Books, April 18, 2006). The book’s profile notes Catapult's “positive work-life environment, professional development opportunities, competitive salaries and benefits, and recognition and rewards for outstanding performance.”

Best Entry-Level Jobs has profiles of 112 companies and organizations The Princeton Review recommends as great places for new graduates to work. Now in its third edition, the book features both for-profit and nonprofit companies. It is based on hundreds of interviews of young professionals about their experiences at entry-level jobs, and of HR officers and managers at companies across the U.S.

“We wanted to find places where people were happy, engaged with their work, nicely compensated, well positioned for advancement, getting great preparation for graduate school, doing really interesting stuff, or any combination of these things,” said co-authors Ron Lieber and Tom Meltzer of their criteria for choosing the companies and organizations in the book.

The profiles on each company provide detailed information and statistics about: entry-level job opportunities, average salaries, hiring policies, benefits, advancement potential, “a day in the life” of entry-level employees, and contact information. Candid comments from current and former employees are also included. An employee noted, “Newcomers are greeted very kindly and welcomed with open arms.” Another recently-hired employee said, “Catapult employs a lot of subject matter experts and I was fortunate to work with some who didn't mind answering the myriad questions I had every day.”
