Bethesda, Maryland, June, 2004 - Catapult is a key subcontractor on the Northrop Grumman Team, responsible for development and implementation of the Homeland Security Department’s human resources management system (MAXHR). In addition to building the system, the project includes moving existing employees into the system and maintenance of the system.
