Bethesda, Maryland – October 25, 2007 - Catapult Technology, Ltd., one of the top Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) Information Technology (IT) contractors to the Federal government, was named an Industry Honoree of the 2007 GCN (Government Computer News) Awards, held October 24, 2007. Catapult has experienced significant growth over the past year, nearly doubling its revenue in the early part of 2007. The company refined its positioning through three business practices—Management Consulting, Classified Programs, and Technology Solutions—to continue to provide the best service to its nationwide roster of clients.

In 2007, the company also made strides to solidify its position as the ‘employer of choice’ by continually recognizing and rewarding employees’ contributions and innovations.

“Winning several major contracts this year has thrust Catapult to the next level on the Federal scene, making this is an exciting time,” said Catapult founder and CEO Randy J. Slager. “This is our most successful year yet, and it’s gratifying to know that objective observers recognize the solid and successful work in which Catapult is engaged. We’re pleased by the recognition.”
