Catapult awarded $9.9 million contract at the Treasury Department
Five-year contract for IT support services to FinCEN
Bethesda, Maryland, July, 2004 - Catapult has received a $9.9 million, five year contract to provide IT support services to the Treasury Department's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). Analysts at Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network review monetary transactions and report significant findings, such as suspicious data from banks and other financial institutions. FinCEN has the additional role of providing law enforcement agencies with information regarding financial transactions.
