TIPSS IV
TIPSS IV (Total Information Processing Support Services) is a contract to provide support services that assist the Internal Revenue Service in maintaining and updating its large portfolio of legacy tax systems. The scope of TIPSS IV covers four main task areas: IT development, operations and maintenance, cybersecurity and program management support.
Catapult offers strategic business services under TIPSS IV, including:
- Modernization of paper-based organizations through implementation of cutting edge technologies utilizing large scale systems across functional areas
- Support services in the acquisition of high level project management skills and tools for managing, tracking, reporting and transitioning large scale systems and for maintaining configuration management controls
- Support for the special computer and human interfaces often required to provide equal access to information resources for employees who have physical or sensorial disabilities
