Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge (EAGLE) Solutions
An indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, DHS EAGLE (Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions) establishes a common IT architecture among the 22 agencies within the department.
This enterprise contract covers five categories, including: infrastructure engineering design, development, implementation and integration; operations and maintenance; independent test, validation and verification; software design; and management support services.
Operations and Maintenance (Functional Category 2):
Catapult is a full service technology solutions provider with a successful track record of delivering quality on time and within budget. Catapult will provide the full range of operations and maintenance (O&M) solutions, processes, and procedures necessary to sustain systems within the DHS Enterprise at the highest levels of service and availability consistent with cost, schedule, and performance objectives. From maintaining and upgrading individual pieces of hardware and software to full managed service solutions, these solutions may be required across the DHS Infrastructure, including:
- Data center, Helpdesk, Field Support Services, LAN, WAN and Server Management
- Network and Security Operations
- Collaboration Services (E-mail, Voice, and Video Services)
- Application Development, including Java, .NET, Powerbuilder and J2EE Database
- Management
- Oracle, SQL Server and Sybase Telecommunications
- Program Management
- Earned Value Management
- IV&V/Process Improvement
- Quality Assurance and Control
- IT Acquisition Support
- Knowledge Management
