All work and no play? No way.

Catapult team members get a lot of satisfaction from the work they do. Customers love us, and don’t hesitate to say so when our people go the extra mile.

We like to recognize outstanding employees at our annual awards banquet, a tradition that takes Catapult’s people out of the office and into a glittering venue in the Washington, DC area.

Each year, the best of the best are recognized with “Going the Extra Mile” and The Chairman’s Circle awards. Customers get their chance to cite the Catapult team members they are most happy with by nominating them for the Customer Recognition award.

A little more casual is our annual employee picnic, held at Smokey Glen Farms, a park in Maryland where kids can run free along the rolling hills of the park and adults can enjoy each others’ company, play miniature golf, basketball, or anything else the park offers.

We embrace the idea of Catapult as a family; we may no longer be a small business, but we are careful to remember the ideals that helped to make us the company we are today.
