Doing the right thing.

Catapult has a formal Ethics policy in place for all of our stakeholders, both customers and employees.

It’s our policy to comply fully with all laws and regulations governing our operations, and to conduct business in a highly ethical manner.

Every Catapult employee is expected to:

  • Consider the consequences of his or her own actions
  • Conduct company business in a manner that is ethical and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Avoid even the appearance or perception of impropriety
  • Comply with established Catapult Standards of Conduct

At Catapult, ethics is Important.
Catapult’s position on ethics is very simple: Do the right thing.

If an employee ever detects someone or something that goes against established standards, he or she can call a dedicated hot line that fields anonymous calls and ensures that corrective action is taken.

Employees not only have access to the anonymous hotline, but to several other resources including an Ethics Committee, chaired by an Ethics Officer. Additionally, every Catapult employee is expected to take annual Ethics Training.
