September 6 , 2005 - Catapult Technology, Ltd. announced today that Mark Hunker has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In addition, Catapult named Lisa Farrell, Vice President, Operations; Steve Nagel, Vice President, Security Programs; and Linda Olson, Associate Vice President, Quality Programs.

The expertise and leadership of this senior management team will help Catapult achieve our strategic goals and take the firm to the next level of growth."
Mark Hunker joined Catapult in 2002, and served as Senior Vice President, Federal HR and Management Consulting, providing consultative services to Federal clients including the Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), HUD, DOT, TSA, the Joint Task Force-Armed Forces Inaugural Committee (JTF-AFIC) and the Military District of Washington (MDW). Catapult is a leader in providing complete HRIS system functionality, skills and organizational assessment, business process reengineering, process modeling, training/development and recruitment from job development to day-to-day servicing.
Hunker has proven leadership skills in the public and private sector, including a decade of senior Federal government experience and exposure, including serving as Chief of Staff and Director of Policy and Communications at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management during the Clinton Administration.
Vice President, Operations, Lisa Farrell brings over thirty years of public and private sector managerial experience, including senior roles at The White House, the Department of State, and the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency. Farrell joined Catapult in 2002, and formerly managed Catapult's TSA project and directed the restructuring of Catapult's Proposal Service Center. A graduate of Seton Hill University, Farrell received numerous awards during her Federal career, including the Presidential Meritorious Service Award, the Vice President of the United States' Hammer Award for Reinventing Government and the President's Council on Y2K Conversion Medal for Outstanding Service.
Security Programs, the newest operational division of Catapult, will be led by Vice President Steve Nagel. Nagel will be the executive on Catapult's contracts in the intelligence and defense community. With over 25 years of government contracting and commercial experience, Nagel joined Catapult in March 2003. As Associate Vice President, Operations, Nagel directed the daily operations for headquarters support and the security requirements for Catapult, a government contractor. Nagel, a graduate of California State University, started his professional career at Hughes Aircraft Company as a Financial Analyst.
Associate Vice President, Quality Programs, Linda Olson has directed Catapult's quality programs and internal process improvement programs, including ISO 9001 registration, SEI CMMI Level 2 and 3 certifications and a process asset library (PAL). Olson directs independent quality assurance activities on Catapult projects. With over 25 years in the commercial and public sectors, she has significant Federal and quality assurance experience. Joining Catapult in 2003, she holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics from Taylor University.
