Chief Administrative Officer/Executive Vice President
Bob directs the activities of and provides operational and management oversight to Contracts, Procurement, Human Resources, Recruiting, Security and Facilities. He is responsible for the efficiency and responsiveness of these departments to serve the needs of internal and external clients.
He serves as Catapult’s senior contractual representative in negotiations and performance-related matters and advises and interacts with the President, Chief Operating Officer, line Vice Presidents, and the Chief Financial Officer on matters of profitability and risk mitigation.
He also serves as Catapult’s Corporate Ethics Officer in addition to ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prior to joining Catapult, Bob held senior executive positions with Wyle Information Systems Group, RS Information Systems; DigitalNet Government Solutions; SIGNAL Corporation; and I-Net, Inc. Bob began his career as a warranted U.S. Air Force Contracting Officer.
Bob holds a BS in Business and Management from the University of Maryland – University College; an AA in Contract Management from the Community College of the Air Force. He holds an Active Top Secret Clearance.
