Bethesda, MD – August 7, 2012 – Catapult Technology, an Information Technology (IT) contractor to the federal government, announces its membership in Catapult Health Technology Group (CHTG), LLC, a joint venture (JV) which was assembled to pursue and win the Chief Information Officers-Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) contract vehicle.
A 10-year, multiple award, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC) vehicle with a ceiling of $20 billion, CIO-SP3 enables federal agencies to acquire a wide range of biomed, health sciences, healthcare related IT services, as well as general IT services. The NIH Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) awarded CIO-SP3 to CHTG on May 17, 2012.
The CHTG JV is comprised of: Catapult Technology (managing partner); Atlas Research; Cygnus; Defense Web Technology; DSI; ENC Strategy; MSOL; and The McConnell Group. CHTG also includes 17 subcontractors. Most of these businesses qualify as small disadvantaged, woman-owned, HUB zone, veteran-owned and/or service-disabled veteran-owned.

NITAAC is a federal Executive Agent authorized by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to administer GWACs for IT procurement.
