Bethesda MD – Wednesday, May 16, 2012 – Catapult Technology, Ltd., a leading Information Technology (IT) contractor to the federal market, was recognized at Washington SmartCEO’s first-ever VOLT Awards ceremony, which was held at the National Press Club in Washington, DC on Tuesday, May 15.
The VOLT Awards celebrate the distinguished achievements of Greater Washington’s leaders in technology in three categories: ‘Technology Innovators,’ ‘Technology Implementers,’ and ‘Cyber Warriors.’ The Cyber Warrior category recognizes organizations that protect their customers’ information and digital infrastructure. Catapult was a Finalist in the Cyber Warrior category, as a medium-sized business.

More than 300 local C-level executives and guests attended the awards ceremony to celebrate both the finalists’ and winners’ achievements. The program represented 27 companies that generate $5 billion in revenue and employ over 17,000 people.
