Catapult Technology Exhibits at GSA Training Conference & Expo, May 15-17

Bethesda, Maryland – Monday, May 14, 2012 – Catapult Technology, a leading Information Technology (IT) contractor to the federal market, will exhibit at the General Services Administration (GSA) Training Conference and Expo, May 15-17, 2012. Catapult will be in booth #321 on the show floor at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, TX. The company will be on hand to discuss its array of IT and management consulting services, including the strategic communications initiatives it has implemented at the GSA under the $200 million GSA Infrastructure Technology Global Operations (GITGO) contract.

Company representatives will be available at the GSA Expo & Conference to discuss the strategic, tactical, and operational communications that grew out of the formal Program Management Office (PMO) that Catapult put into place. Catapult has held the GITGO contract since 2007.

Out of the PMO, Catapult’s consultants implemented a process for producing, assessing, distributing, and measuring communications that go to GSA’s 17,000 employees. The communications educate GSA’s end users on how they can address and solve IT issues on their own through a self-service trouble-shooting web site.

“Catapult has been a regular exhibitor at the GSA Expo for many years,” said David Lyons, Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President, Technology & Management Solutions. “GSA remains our biggest customer, so we’re proud and excited to be exhibiting again this year and being available to talk to other potential GSA customers about the many information technology, management consulting, program management, and human capital solutions capabilities we provide on the GITGO contract.”

The GSA Training Conference and Expo is GSA’s signature training conference and exposition, specially designed to benefit federal, state and local government employees and military members who make or influence procurement decisions.
